WE ARE NOT IN BUSINESS TO "PROFIT" FROM SHIPPING AND WE ABSORB 30% OF THE SHIPPING COST OURSELVES.
 
OUR PRIMARY SHIPPING SERVICE IS A HOME DELIVERY COURIER (FOR CUSTOMERS IN THE EU; TRACKED POST IN THE REST OF THE WORLD) SERVICE FROM OUR DISTRIBUTION CENTRE IN MADRID.
 
TRANSIT TIMES ON BUSINESS DAYS ARE 2-5 DAYS IN SPAIN, 5-7 DAYS FOR THE REST OF EUROPE AND 10 DAYS + FOR THE REST OF THE WORLD. DELIVERY TIMES ARE NOT GUARANTEED. THE TOTAL DELIVERY TIME IT WILL TAKE FOR YOUR SKINSINS ORDER TO ARRIVE IS A COMBINATION OF PROCESSING, SHIPPING AND TRANSIT TIME. WE DO NOT OFFER RETURNS OR EXCHANGES DUE TO THE NATURE OF SKINSINS PRODUCTS BUT IF YOU HAVE RECEIVED A FAULTY PRODUCT(S), WE ARE HAPPY TO REPLACE THE ORDER. DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS MUST BE REPORTED TO US WITHIN 7 DAYS OF THE RECEIVED SHIPMENT.
